we came to urgent care on Christmas day with our daughter Jemima aged 2, she fell off her rocking horse and hurt her arm. we were looked after by a lovely nurse who was friendly, confident and reassuring - we then went straight to X - Ray where we were seen immediately and the member of staff was great with Jemima. we were very impressed by the speed of the results even though the nurse had to call a consultant at Watford General to get the results, she was put in a cast by another wonderful nurse. all in all a super visit to the hospital on Christmas day! seen in outpatients by the very caring Consultant 4 days later.
