I have been trying to cancel my daugthers appointment for the past week and a half and have not been able to speak to anyone.
No-one seems to be able to help, all I want to do is cancel the app so you can give it to someone else.
Today I have spent 35 mins on hold then transferred over and over again only to be cut off.
I will not be trying to call to cancel again as this is a waste of time.
It is so sad to see the NHS struggling so badly that they cannot even pick up a call or have an answer phone so that someone can let them know that they cannot attend an appointment.
"No wonder the NHS is suffering"
