"Outstanding !!"

I am currently an outpatient and have attended both Whiston & St Helens hospitals. I have had surgery at St Helens as a day case & I attend outpatients at Whiston. I cannot praise both hospitals enough, from the amazing staff to the cleanliness throughout both hospitals I haven't a bad word to say. I would recommend these hospitals to everyone and have been singing their praises to everyone :)

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, everything is explained clearly to you and you feel confident in asking any questions you may have without the fear of being made to feel stupid or that you're wasting anyone's time. You're treated with total respect but in a very friendly way. Both hospitals are imaculate and lovely and bright and very clearly signed so it's easy to find your way around.

I will be attending these hospitals for the next 5yrs for check ups and I can honestly say I feel lucky and I'm grateful for everything that's being done for me. Thank you so much :)
