I have experienced nothing but kindness from all grades of staff. The professional care I received was of a very high standard.

At all times I was treated with dignity and respect, felt involved in my care.

Anyone can have every confidence in the treatment they will receive.

I would particularly single out the treatment received whilst attending the heart failure clinic

Thank you so much for this very positive feedback, which we shall make sure the staff on ACU see.

Staff working in this area do so under enormous pressure, which you will know, and it is an enormous boost when patients acknowledge their efforts.
