"Lost my notes so left it and haven't come back..."

I went in to have a consultation and some notes were made. I said I would go away and think about having surgery as it might be better to wait until I have children before I have it done, due to the nature of what it was I wanted doing and since then I have decided to go ahead with it but even though the consultation was only 2 months ago they have lost my notes!! They phoned to say they have lost them and would get back to me but they haven't and so I have gone to a different private hospital 👍 since making the initial enquiry elsewhere the hospital have been great and actually emailed me information on 1. My appointment date and time 2. Information on the procedure and 3. Generally more professional and will no doubt not lose my notes and if you say you want a cosmetic procedure done to improve your confidence they will no doubt keep the notes on file until youv had a think about it.
