To Maple Ward, you care was outstanding. Especially the night staff, the nurse who looked after me through the night after my ectopic surgery was outstanding, you should be proud of the service you give. I'm now resting and recovering at home . Xxxx

I would like to thank you for taking the time to inform us of the care you received during your recent admission to Maple ward.
