"Still waiting a year on............"

Was referred to this department a year ago from my dentist for 2 lower wisdom teeth extraction and impacted teeth extraction. Six months down the line I asked where I was on the waiting list and was told I wasn't on the list!! Apparently they sent me a letter (which I never received) and I was referred back to the dentist.

I was referred back to the dentist. I double checked that the referral was done and again six months later was told they didn't receive the referral. The dentist assures me they sent it.

So a year on, I'm not on the waiting list with my teeth slowly disintegrating and hurting a lot.

Very disappointed..........Hope this gets sorted soon as I'm self employed and can't afford to take extra days off due to pain. Not that they cared from the simple 'Not on the list" answer I got from them.
