Was discharged from addenbrookes today after a few years of being under there care would just like to say thank you for the care and kindness that I've been shown by the doctors and nurse's ect,the Doctor today had a lovely scene of humor as they passed my care back to my GP they made me chuckle,A big thank you to everybody that helped me,its lovely hospital,
