Waited above and beyond time required for consultation. Same again for operation. Initial referral very good 3 days for scan,

Lack of communication when rang to check when getting appointment. Pre assesment September told operation within 4 weeks.procedure December 23rd. sent email patient liason prior to this didn't get reply, or even acknowledgment. Poor communication all round, just got fobbed off continuously. Treatment acceptable when eventually got operation
