Amazing! I had 4.00pm appointment. I was called in at 4.05pm and was out by 4.40pm. The nurse was lovely and the doctor was brilliant. The doctor took time to introduce them-self and their student. The doctor asked me to tell them what I understood about my thyroid problems and they listened intently. The doctor explained everything so clearly and was so reassuring. My daughter who is a nurse, accompanied me and she too was really impressed. Thank you so much
