I visited the hospital for my first ever gastroscopy this morning. I was a bit nervous. I found the staff very informative, friendly and calming.

We receive a number of comments from patients like yourself who feel very anxious about visiting the Endoscopy department for tests but who come away felling far less nervous and it is really helpful to other patients to hear comments like yours so thank you.

The staff have had a great deal of experience with all kinds of patients, making them feel welcome and relaxed but also giving enough information to keep each patient adequately informed.
