Although waiting 5 months from referral I would like to say that when I called to chase this the staff member in appointments was so helpful and respectful. I did ask to speak to a manager and they kindly offered to see what they could do and within minutes came back and offered 2 appointments within the following week.
I have phoned in again today to chase up the 6 week appointment and spoke to another member of staff who again was most helpful and understanding and did their best to find an appointment which will be sent in the post.
