Had an appointment to see someone due to painful neck problem.
The person I saw was very rude and obnoxious and asked questions which were not appropriate to my visit.
I'm sure they thought that they were carrying out a DWP work assessment! which it wasn't.
In fact I am someone who has worked full-time for a very long time. This member of staff made feel like a scrounger because I am off work sick!
I felt very upset when I got home.
Surely I shouldn't feel like that when I go to a hospital for a routine appointment!
On the verge of putting in an official complaint.
