Although I had to wait around hungry, exhausted and very anxious, all the staff were so kind and reassuring. I had never received general anesthesia before and each and every member of staff put me at ease. I needed a cyst removed from inside my wrist followed by a bone graft.
A lovely member of staff in the recovery area was amazing. They sat with me while I came round and made me feel much better - I was very teary and they soon had me smiling.
Everything was explained to me wonderfully - what could have been a very traumatic experience for me was eased by an exceptional staff team.
