"Twisted ankle"

I arrived to walking centre as I didn't want to make it emergency as others would have more serious accidents that they needed to deal with. But unfortunately I have been sent to A&E. After hour wait I asked reception how long do I need to wait they said 3h. I decided that I will go. In a mean time lady came over with the same issue twisted ankle and she been seen within 35 minutes I feel I been treated not fair. Reception was not helpful very unhappy and with pain gone back home took loads of paracetamol to be able to go to work.
