About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

Just some feedback on appointment reminders. Happy to receive a text reminder but for my last appointment I received 2 texts, 2 messages on my home phone and 3 messages on my mobile which I think is a little excessive.

We are very sorry about this. We are currently undertaking a trial of automated reminder calling for Whipps Cross outpatient appointments. We are doing this to reduce the amount of non-attendances and to help free unwanted appointments for other patients.

Thank you very much for your feedback, it is very useful and will help us to work with our supplier to improve the service we offer to our patients.
