"changed for the worst"

About: Southend Hospital

I use to always praise Southend hospital. The last 3 years it has changed for the worst. The rheumatology dept which i am under is understaffed & disorganised. Nobody seems to no whats going on & the appointments

Are few & far between. The heart & chest dept is the same disorganised & appointment system absolutely rubbish. This is peoples health that is being messed with!! Very sad change to what use to be a great hospital.
