I visited Childrens A&E yesterday with my 11 yr old daughter who had hurt her foot.
We were dealt with and listened to every step.
From A&E reception , triage XR and assessment by the Nurse Practitioner.
We were given sufficient information to take away with us and my daughter was treated with respect and spoken to at an appropriate level for her age.
WE were also dealt with quickly
