What I liked
The staff in the 'transport' office are always wonderfuly helpful.
What could be improved
Some indication of follow-up would have been very welcome. I do not appreciate being treated as a statistic.
Anything else?
The receptionists/clerical staff were less than helpful, and I was in a total muddle, having, apparently, just suffered a stroke. The lack of care was, for me, frightening.
