What I liked

My girlfriend fell ill with food poisoning on the platform of Victoria tube station. The paramedics who arrive basically instantly on the platform performed some initial checks and dropped us off at St Thomas' A&E.

Both the paramedic team as well as the staff at St. Thomas acted very professional, were calm and exceptionally friendly. At St Thomas we were seen instantly and the doctor as well as the nurse took their time to examine thoroughly and explained what they were doing and why. Paperwork as far as we were aware off was kept to a minimum and the paramedics worked very efficiently together with the hospital staff. It seemed like a very pleasant and positive working environment.

Overall an exceptional service experience.
