"Telephone contact service"

My daughter is due to attend the clinic tomorrow. I have been trying to get through on the phone for over a week as I have questions about her treatment, so that I can reassure her. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through on the phone. It is NEVER answered. I have tried several times a day, at varying times of the day and it just rings and rings, no answer phone or messaging service. Nothing. Inspite of the fact that in her appointment letter it states
