Negatives -
Bedroom unclean especially bathroom
Lots of dust dirt and pubic hair
No 1:1 planned sessions
Can't tell difference between staff and patients
Restrictive practice this isn't individually risk assessed ie razors understand about others going into rooms however rooms can be locked
Building isn't really purpose built
No idea for patients who is on shift and who is coming on shift a staffing board would be useful
On a whole the NHS services are more efficient and well equipped
Staff seem to have different rules ie some will let you some won't
General activity son the ward would be good such as a pamper session , quizzes, colouring etc especially on weekends even just for patients to do
Took 96 hours for a general Ccm meeting and also at first the dr said I wasn't allowed to invite people ? Where is patient centred care in that
No non smoking garden for people who don't wish to breath in smoke
Positives
Food is lovely compared to NHS
Most Staff are friendly
Staff will speak to you ASAP
Have a mini bus available always to take people out
Saw the consultant within 24 hours
TV in bedroom
