What I liked

From arriving in casualty with chest pains, every member of staff from the receptionist through to the consultant were extremely helpful, curteous and kind. Even though they were extremely busy, they made me feel like the only patient and remaind cheerful.

What could be improved

Nothing as far as I am concerned, this is an excellent hospital.

Anything else?

I was very impressed at how fast I was dealt with. I was booked in the NWLC next morning then I had a CT scan followed by a bronchoscopy the following Eednesday then my results on the Friday, followed by a Renal ultrasound on the following Wednesday. All my results were ready and given to me before Christmas, which enabled me to stop worrying. I could not have received any better service if I had gone private. Thank you to all the wonderful staff they have all special qualities.
