"Superbly efficient minor surgical procedure"

A superb experience from start to finish with friendly greetings from all staff. A minor surgical procedure was performed efficiently and with a high degree of skill. I had previously had a similar procedure at a different hospital which had caused some issues, the staff were aware of this and were extremely reassuring that this procedure would not cause the same problems. Everything was explained clearly and I felt as though the staff were all fully concentrated on my case throughout, even though it was something very minor.
