After a 2 hour wait for a cluster headache (basically worse than migraines) the completely inept staff did not know what to do and suggested ibuprofen. It is basic knowledge painkillers do not help in any way a cluster headache. When we actually told them what to do, which involves an oxygen machine, the doctor literally said " ah yes, good idea"....
They roll in the machine and connect it, 15min later the nurse passes by and says..oh that is empty, another nurse supposes goes and gets a refill while another one takes the equipment away. Later, the nurse comes back with the replacement and is like "where did the equipment go?" Absolutely zero coordination between them.
Then they're like I'll go see the doctor, everyone disappears. I finally go and find them and they're like "oh the doctor is happy for you to leave" Clearly we said "no we're not leaving. Bring the oxygen back"
They brought it back and then nothing is coming out. Another nurse just walked by and was like " it's all wrong"
And they told our nurse "did you know you're supposed to do bla bla?" And they're like "oh no I had no idea" So this whole time they've been doing it wrong, all while in excruciating pain. The experience was worse than anything we could have ever imagined
"Absolutely Dissgraceful!"
