I have always received excellent care when attending minor injuries, X - ray , Outpatients, and Physiotherapy at the Victoria Hospital Deal .This hospital a jewel in the NHS crown. I am delighted at the expansion of Outpatient services and Nurse led clinics at the hospital. Well done to all the staff at the hospital on the excellent review in the East Kent Mercury 21/01/2016 with regard to outpatient services and expansion of these. My most recent visit was to minor injurie the receptionist was welcoming and so was the Nurse who assessed me.The hospital was spotlessly clean. The Paula Carr visual fields / Diabetic Retinopathy clinic is another excellent service provided at the hospital , I accompanied someone to the clinic and have also accompanied them when the service was a mobile unit and have always been impressed by the support given to patients. I have acclaimed family members to various outpatient clinics in the past, and have been impressed by the professionalism of staff and the high quality of care given. The League of Friends volunteers are also very helpful and professional in their approach.
"Excellent minor injuries unit and outpatient..."
