"ward 21"

About: Good Hope Hospital

The staff on ward 21 are very abrupt and condescending my 91 year old aunts been on this ward twice in the last 2 weeks and she's fell out of bed and off the commode after being left unsupervised with them knowing she cannot weight bare ward 11 is a much more caring ward

thank you for your feedback regarding ward 21 at Good Hope Hospital.

I am sorry to read that you found the staff to be abrupt and condescending whilst your very elderly Aunt has been an inpatient.

I am concerned to learn that you are unhappy with the care being provided and would very much like to speak with you further about your concerns so that I can look into this in more detail.
