About: University Hospital Of North Durham

Attended my annual bladder check up on Day Surgery. Arrived early and attended to straight away, despite the waiting area being busy. Staff all friendly and helpful. Had a short wait before going to theatre and welcomed once again by friendly staff. Procedure done under LA, and my dignity was respected from start to finish. Returned to Day Surgery and offered tea and biscuits before being discharged home. All sorted within 90 minutes of arriving on unit.
