"Thank you"

I would like to thank everyone at the Richmond ward for making the day surgery go so smoothly. Everyone was cheerful even though they were sometimes clearly working under great pressure but they also came across as confident and professional in every way. As I took a bit longer to recover, I was moved to another ward when the day ward closed. I would like to thank the staff there particularly because they had a lot on their plate but still found time to deal with my discharge and explain everything very patiently. All in all, something that I was rather apprehensive about turned out to be a very positive experience.
