Absolutely blown away by the service at the TAU department. They were all so friendly and approachable. I was treat with the upmost respect and dignity. I was kept well informed throughout my stay. Every member of staff I came into contact with was simply fabulous, from the support workers to the staff nurses and everyone involved in my anaesthetic.
Such a fabulous experience and considering I was alone throughout the day I certainly didn't feel alone. Top marks ladies and gents :)
