Came in as a day case to ward 32 to have a CRT-D pacemaker implanted and the whole experience was as pleasant as possible. When we arrived early at 7am we were made welcome by the night staff who were finalising the duties in a cheerful way prior to hand over to the day shift. The day shift staff were lovely, all very professional and caring so a big thank you.
