Having returned home in the past couple of hours from being scoped, all I can say is "thank you".
After a very rocky start due to my appointment being cancelled for some bizarre reason, I was seen (ahead of my appointment time) by the consultant on endoscopy - guess nothing but the best.
They were very respectful and worked very well with the nursing staff in the room.
My only concern being the broken endoscopy, the who procedure had to be redone due to the item being defective - which in my opinion is very poor maintenance and wholly unfair on myself..
Thanks to whole team, from check in to leaving.
