Thank you (on behalf of myself, my Mom, Dad and rest of our family) for the excellent care given to my Dad who was treated at Torbay Hospital from 18th-23rd December 2015.
The level of medical care and personal support was excellent, from the Paramedic who initially came out to his home, the Staff in A&E, who also looked after my Mom whilst I made the near 3 hour trip down from the Midlands to be with them both on the Friday evening. Thanks also to the staff in EAU (Bay 9) and then those in the Coronary Care Unit (19th-22nd) especially two Staff Nurses who were wonderful throughout his stay (and other staff whom I didn't get their names)
Finally thanks also the Rehabilitation Team who visited him before discharge and to those in TAIRU for the follow-up support over the Christmas period.
