"Ambulance service"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

Today Saturday 23rd January, I had my nan staying with me ,she slipped in the bath and was unable to move, I called the ambulance, they asked me questions on the telephone, they sent an ambulance , the paramedics that arrived were very good with both my nan and myself, as I was very distressed by the situation and blaming myself. I just want to thank them for coming and the way that they dealt with the situation and helping my nan, they were very helpful. Even though they come from Medway they offered to take my nan to either Medway or darenth as was in between , she chose darenth as she had had an operation there before and they would have her notes there. Thank you again

Nicola

Hi Nicola,

Thank you very much for your comments about your experiences when you called for an ambulance for your nan. Ambulance staff are actually part of the South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Trust rather than Medway Maritime Hospital and I am sure they will be very grateful for your feedback.
