I was visiting ward 209 for a small procedure but anxious as it required a general anaesthetic.
I should not have worried. All of the staff without exception were kind and efficient. The proceedings were explained to me at every stage and I felt valued and really cared for. Top marks to the NHS and the many great people it employs. Thank you.
