"fantastic care"

I came in to the emergency department this morning I cannot fault the care I was seen by the nurse stright away .
I then went around to the majors area where I was seen by 3 lovely Dr's and a very caring consultant.
Now I came in with my mental health however I have been treated with dignity and respect.
It is a very busy department however I was told what would be happening from start to finish normally I'm treated at the BRI but I can honestly say when you are poorly they give amazing care.
I'm surprised as mental health is such a taboo subject but I'm very impressed thank you for making my distressing time not so bad.

Dear Anonymous – that you for your kind comments and for taking the time and trouble to post your very positive experience. Mental Health services are more prominent in the new lately and it is encouraging that you found the Trust staff to be so supportive and professional in their approach.
