"What a joke!"

About: Wycombe Hospital

Very disappointed after visiting MIU High Wycombe. Reception staff were attentive, however the nurse we were seen by was extremely rude and very arrogant. They didn't even bother greeting us or asking what the problem was, they started fiddling around on the computer instead. After explaining myself they were very patrionising, and refused to acknowledge anything i said and when asked for their name before we left they refused stating you don't need to know!!! Will definitely be going to A&E next time.

Bearing in mind my mother is a mental health patient which the nurse knew, I expected them to understand, they clearly shouldn't be working with people, no social or communication skills what so ever.

I am very sorry to read that you have had a bad experience when attending the Minor Injuries and Illness Unit (MIIU) at High Wycombe. I can understand how distressing and worrying this must have been for you.

Unfortunately the Minor Injuries and Illness Unit (MIIU) at High Wycombe is a service provided by Bucks Urgent Care (Care UK) and not Buckinghamshire Healthcare Trust, so it may be helpful for you to raise your concerns by contacting Care UK using the following details;
