I telephoned Evolution Healthcare to book a delivery for my methotrexate injections. they hadn,t received a script . I cannot get in contact with anybody at the LRI (who they told me to contact ) as nobody is answering the phone and there is no facility to leave a message . I tried the rheumatology helpline wich (surprise surprise ) is not open today and only open for one and a half hours for 4 days next week . The result is I have 1 injection left with no way of getting any more . On another note , I seen the consultant at Melton hospital last April and told to come back in 6 months . I have not yet received an appointment . on a positive note I find consultants , nurses and all staff extremely kind and helpful , the service would be brilliant and complete if communication procedures were bought out of the stoneage . yours Mrs Diane Lightfoot .
