(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Patients with no ward access or doesnt like to eat in the resturant their meals can be hard and cold! ! can therei meals be plated up just before patients return to the ward?

the domestics do a good job we have a laugh and they work hard! Pauline works hard, I like to help out with cleaning duties.

Thank you for your valuable feedback, I am sorry to hear that some patient plated meals can be found to be cold and hard and have passed this onto the catering team who are ensuring patient meals are plated up just before returning to the ward.
