Had two referrals.... My first referal out of two was booked quickly, to then be rung 16 hours before my appointment for them to cancel and say there are no facilities there! My mum then lost £40 on a train ticket to spend the appointment with me.
Second referal was sent but could not be found by the referal service making me wait even longer in pain!
The appointments them self were great and no complains A* service
