What I liked

Went in for minor nose surgery to day centre. The whole experience was exceptionally good and compared favourably with private clinics i have attended in the past. reception was warm and friendly, all detials were correct and accurate and scheduled times werre kept. Staff were very helpful and explained everything as they went along. Whilst i was comfortable any way , it was good to have this level of information, someone a little more anxious would have felt calmed and comforted by it.

What could be improved

Trivial point but it would have helped to have been told in the attendance letter that it was a good idea to have someone take you to and bring you from the hospital. The information is there i nthe notelet but easily missed and for the sake of a sentence would have avoided last minute requests for lifts.

Anything else?

Just say thanks to the team - I know it was only a minor op but the experience was good and thats what builds your reputation. Happy New Year and well done.
