I can't thank Damian enough who works for the physio department. I have seen various physios over an accident I had 10 years ago over the course of this time, I've even paid privately and have always had the end result of not wanting to do any work with me because of a reaction I had to treatment.

I learnt to live with my rehab condition and it wasn't until I was encourage by a Personal Trainer to try again when I saw Damian. One word to sum it up would be that he has changed my life. He is a fountain of knowledge who has given me exercises to do who said that I can get better and is very supportive, nothing is too much trouble for him.

Thanks again Damian for making my life better. A long road to go yet but it is a start to my recovery.
