About: Royal Bolton Hospital

(as the patient),

I had an internal abscess and I went to the Royal Bolton, F3 ward in April.

I have no specific complaints. I felt the cleanliness could have been better and the information I was given also could have been better. The car parking was very poor also.

We’re sorry that you were not satisfied with the standard of cleanliness. We are constantly reviewing this and making improvements. With regard to car parking we know that it is a problem at certain times of the day. We are planning to extend one of our car parks this year and we hope this will help to reduce pressure at peak times.
