"Cardiology Royal infirmary Edinburgh"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Cardiology & Coronary Care Unit

(as the patient),

Had a heart op about 12 weeks ago. Intensive care and high dependency where brilliant. In ward 102 for (recovering post surgery) the ward was like a fairground, the nurses were all busy nice, but busy. The one thing missing is that there is no quiet time, things could be improved in that aspect.

Dear Rosie 118

Thank you for sharing your feedback followingy our recent stay in ward 102 at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. I am pleased to read that the nurses were all nice but sorry that the ward and staff were so busy and that you didn't experience any quiet time.

I have passed your feedback to the staff to consider and I am sure like me will wish you well for your continued recovery.

Kind regards

Jeannette
