"Excellent care"

About: Abingdon Community Hospital

(as a parent/guardian),

My little boy was very unwell over night. We were seen by three out of hours GP's, at our GP surgery, then the of hours service.

Our GP arranged for my son to be reviewed at the out of hours service later in the evening.

The out of hours GPs that we saw were both fantastic. I felt that my concerns were be taken seriously, and didn't feel that I was wastIng anyone's time. We weren't rushed out, and I was reassured that my son had been properly examined and assessed.

All the staff that we came into contact with were kind and caring, and did their best to ensure we were seen quickly.

Dear Josiie,

Thanks so much for your wonderful feedback., I'm really pleased to hear you had such a positive experience. I'd love to provide this feedback directly to the team members involved and will endeavour to do so but it's often easier if I know the patients name. Maybe you could send me an email? John.Daniels@oxfordhealth.nhs.uk.

Thanks again for taking the time to tell your story and I wish your little boy a speedy recovery.

With warm wishes,

John
