What I liked
Atmosphere – calm and unhurried. Temperature at night in ward is quite warm – you don’t need heavy / thick nightwear.
Excellent communication between staff and departments re patient care and wellbeing.
All staff were friendly yet professional, happy to listen to any worries and spend time answering questions. Both pre and post op you wont feel alone, the staff are always on hand to support you and genuinely treat you as an individual.
Food – presented fresh, looked appetising, tasted good. Lots of choice and option of small, medium and large portions offered too – (tip – medium portion option is more than sufficient).
"Atmosphere – calm and unhurried. ..."
