(as the patient),

I am a fit person who became very unwell in November 2015. Thanks to the professional, friendly and timely care at Wycombe Hospital, my condition was diagnosed (pneumonia) and I have recovered. I would like to thank Dr Taylor and Dr Shahidi (Respiratory team) and the friendly reception staff and the Xray department where I had a chest Xray and a CT scan ( both carried out on time and with friendliness and professionalism).

I am glad to read that you felt you had received good care when you became unwell in November 2015.
