"A phone call would not have gone amiss"

About: New Cross Hospital

(as the patient),

I should have received a visit from the district nurse today, which has been going on for some weeks which involves the redressing of my septic foot. the arrangement is for two specifically stated days, however I have rung and I am not on the list. I would have thought if they were to busy, at least a phone call would not have gone amiss.
