My wife fell in the shower today and 111 mobilised an ambulance to assist. The responders, Danny & Georga, were outstanding. Their assessment and diagnosis were thorough (nothing broken) and their manner, courteous and friendly in equal measure. They are a credit to the Ambulance Service. Thank you

It is very rewarding to hear stories of how our staff are delivering care and support to patients when they need it most.
