I had an appointment at the MCAS in Knowsley yesterday. I had a referral because of a nerve problem in my neck casing pins and needles in my fingers although I have not had any kind of injury.
All the staff at the MCAS were really nice, they gave me a thorough check up and looked at various causes and options for managing the condition in the short term and correcting it over time. Gareth Timmins was particularly clear in explaining the condition and the treatment options available. I’ve been given exercises to do at home and further physiotherapy.
Throughout my assessment all the staff kept me informed about who I would see, what they were doing and why, I was never kept waiting long periods. It was very good.
"very good treatment"
